West Point Scholarships

Cadets at West Point who wish to compete for prestigious scholarships like the Rhodes, Marshall, and Fulbright are supported by West Point in an official capacity through the West Point Graduate Scholarship Program.

Cadets who exhibit great service, leadership, and scholarship have the opportunity to achieve their potential as thinking leaders in the Army and for the nation by participating in the Scholarship Program’s curriculum, mentorship, and outreach activities.

Courses are available through the Scholarship Program for yearlings (juniors), cows (sophomores), and firsties (freshmen) (seniors). The admission process for these classes is quite competitive.

West Point $5,400 to $75,000 Truman Scholarship

In 2006, E. Roe Stamps and his late wife Penny established the Stamps Scholars Program with the intention of providing exceptional students with opportunities to participate in educational opportunities that would not otherwise be available to them.

Scholars are eligible to receive annual awards that range from $5,400 to $75,000 (four-year awards total an average of $21,600 – $300,000), in addition to additional funds for enrichment activities such as study abroad, academic conferences, and leadership training.

These awards are made possible through partnerships with institutions located across the United States and in the United Kingdom. The Stamps Scholars Program and the partner schools each contribute an equal amount toward covering the expenses associated with the prizes. How to apply
