Students who are entering their senior year of high school are eligible to apply for the Coke Scholarship program which is a merit-based scholarship. Students are honored for their leadership and service abilities, as well as their dedication to having a substantial positive effect on both their schools and the communities in which they live.

To date, the Coke Scholarship Foundation has awarded over $78 million in educational support to more than 6,600 Coca-Cola Scholars through its 34th class, which will graduate in 2022. Each year, a total of 150 students are chosen to receive this $20,000 grant as Coca-Cola Scholars.

$ 1,000Coke Leaders of Promise Scholarships

For students who have been inducted into Phi Beta Kappa, which is a two-year collegiate honor organization that has chapters in over 1300 community colleges all throughout the United States.

More than two hundred students will each receive a Coke Scholarship grant of $1,000. Veterans and active duty military people are eligible to apply for 25 of the available scholarships.

Criteria for Acceptance

In order to qualify for the scholarship, you must:

  • Phi Beta Kappa is an honor society that students ought to join.
  • Have a grade point average of at least 3.5
  • Have completed between 12 and 36 semester units during their time at college.

$2,000 Coca Cola All State Community College Academic Team Program

There are 400 Coca-Cola scholarships available to students who are now enrolled in or want to enroll in two-year colleges and acquire degrees in such institutions.

The student who received the highest overall score in each of the fifty states will be recognized as a New Century Scholar and will be awarded a college scholarship in the amount of $2,000.

In addition, the remaining 350 students will either be called Gold Scholars, in which case they will receive a scholarship worth $1,500; Silver Scholars, in which case they will receive a scholarship worth $1,250; or Bronze Scholars, in which case they will receive a scholarship worth $1,000.

This is one of the most successful Coke Scholarship programs for community colleges because a state may have numerous scholars who are awarded gold, silver, or bronze. In addition, unique medallions will be presented to each and every scholar.

Coke Community College Scholarship Eligibility Requirements

The college’s financial aid office is in charge of nominating candidates, but students can let the office know if they are interested in one.

Students must meet certain requirements in order to be considered for nomination, including having a minimum GPA of 2.5, citizenship in the United States, proof from their institution that they have volunteered within the previous year, and plans to enroll in at least two courses the following semester.

Students must apply for the Coca-Cola Community College Academic Team or the All-USA Community College Academic Team in order to be considered for these programs.

Required documents for Coke Scholarship

To submit a successful application for Coke Scholarship, the following step is to gather all required paperwork and data in advance. For an application to be complete, you must have all of the following:

Your academic and high school transcripts

As of your freshman year, you will need this to report courses and grades.

Contact details

Your guidance counselor and principal’s names, emails, and phone numbers must be provided.

List of associations and clubs

You will be required to detail all of the school- and non-school-related activities you have taken part in since your freshman year, along with any leadership roles you have held in those activities. The following particular domains are covered by the application:

  • Student council, class officers, academic and honor clubs, the school newspaper or literary magazine, and the yearbook are examples of school activities.
  • Dramatic arts, theater, and dance
  • Speech: forensics or debate
  • Band, orchestra, and voice
  • Arts, visual
  • Athletics Any extracurricular activities or groups connected to the school
  • A list of accolades and prizes

Since your freshman year, you must include any honors you have won while participating in clubs or groups, along with the level of each award (local, state, regional, or national). Read more

List of charitable endeavors

For each high school grade, you’ll be questioned about all of your volunteer work in the community. Be prepared to list the hours you spent participating in each activity, along with any distinctions or prizes you may have won.

You’re prepared if you have an updated résumé. Be prepared to include the total number of weeks worked, the typical weekly hours worked during the academic year, and the typical weekly hours worked during the summer for each position.

You won’t need to worry about providing any financial information because this award is not need-based. Additionally, you don’t have to worry about disclosing any test results!
